Generalities

In 2026, we are all 20 years old and this occasion deserves to be celebrated.
To celebrate this great age in the Mediterranean, we are organizing a 2-day gathering in Port Camargue on September 19 and 20, 2026.

This weekend will be festive with Saturday a sailing trip in the bay of Aigues Mortes and lunch at anchor in Maguelone to share a picnic on the beach depending on the weather.
The anniversary party will take place at the Port Camargue Yacht Club, which will host us for a barbecue dinner with music and a DJ until the end of the night!

Program

Saturday, September 19

• Welcome from 10am at the Quai Escale in Port Camargue
• Coffee and pastries
• According to the weather
• Leaving the port around 11:00 AM
• Flotilla sailing to Maguelone beach
• Anchoring and picnicking depending on the weather
• Return to Port Camargue from 6:00 PM
• Aperitif followed by dinner at the Port Camargue Yacht Club

• End of the gathering

Security

Safety rules and boat equipment for coastal navigation must be respected.
AIS is recommended (at least for receiving).
Navigation remains the sole responsibility of the skipper.

Budget / Participation

The budget for the gathering includes the Saturday evening meal and an overnight stay at the port.
With a contribution from AvRM of €75 per boat.

• The individual registration fee is set at €40.
• The number of registered boats is limited to 15.

Registration

The registration process is open exclusively to AvRM members with up-to-date 2026 membership fees

This will be specified on the registration form.

• The skipper's first and last name and telephone number
• The name of the boat and its type
• The number of participants (skipper and crew)
• Potentially available places on board for AvRM crew members (no commitment required)
• Therefore, it is reminded that skippers must register their crew members (spouse(s), guests, children), especially when these crew members are not members of AvRM.

NOTE : Special case of AvRM member crew members without a boat
AvRM crew members can of course register independently for the rally, and we encourage them to do so. In this case, we ask them to specify the name of the boat they will be sailing on, and whether they have the skipper's prior consent.
To facilitate these registrations, it is therefore up to the candidates for boarding to contact in advance a skipper who has space on board.

Beyond the maximum capacity of 15 boats, candidates will be placed on a waiting list in order of registration dates.

Payment

Do not make the payment immediately; wait for AvRM to confirm your registration and the payment terms, which are exclusively by bank transfer.

Registering for this AvRM activity is a binding commitment. In case of cancellation, a refund is not guaranteed. Any refund will be determined by a compromise between the rally organizer and AvRM, and will depend on whether or not a replacement can be found.
