The history of the genesis of RM is exciting and probably little known.

Without going into detail, all this begins at the end of the seventies, first by the launch at the Chantier Rameau d’Etel du Trebez, the prototype of the RM 900, and the construction a few years later in a garden of the city of Rouen, by Bruno Devrièse, of an extension of a few percent of the initial Trebez that Bruno will call the Benthosaur.

Student, friend of Bruno during these years, I will be able to tell much more, but there is not the immediate subject.

By this letter, I wanted to communicate to you a short text by Dominique Paulet, my father, designer of these amazing Yachts, written a lot of years ago and which replaces well the genesis of the concept Trebez, Benthosaurus and RM. I'm sure it will be of interest to passionate RM.
