Energy onboard training courses - Rennes, November 21, 2026

Registration is open

Preamble

AvRM is organizing two one-day sessions on November 20 and 21, 2026 dedicated to energy and battery management on board RMs.

The training sessions take place near Rennes - in Cesson Sévigné at the Ibis Rennes Beaulieu hotel - and are led by Pierre Dollié from AvRM.

Content

The methods of producing and storing electrical energy are evolving. The same is true for our boats. Technologies have evolved and are becoming essential. Whether buying a new boat or replacing its battery bank, they can no longer be ignored.

The aim of the internship is therefore to take stock of the different sources and consumers of energy: batteries, engine alternator, hydro-generator, wind turbine, solar panels, etc…

The energy internship involves the distribution of documents. It does not involve any hands-on activities.
