Generalities

AvRM organised a gathering in Groix on September 20 and 21, 2025. Nineteen boats were present.

On this occasion, a check for €1,000 was presented to the SNSM at its station in Port-Tudy.

Procedure

Saturday, September 20

• Arrival at Port-Tudy - All boats gathered at the visitors' pontoon

Lucy (RM 800) reached Groix from Arzal during the day with gusts exceeding 30 knots close-hauled. Despite this, her crew arrived in excellent health and on time for dinner!

• Opening with music at 6:30 pm
• Donation handed over to the SNSM
• Pot of the sea
• Crew meal
• Night at the port

Sunday, September 21

• Briefing on the pontoon at 9:30 am
• The return journey has begun for most of the boats.
• Flotilla sailing around the island for others
• Anchorage at Grands Sables
