I am planning to sail to britanny in September, looking for a safe and not too expensive place for my RM 1200. Can be a mooring buoy or a marina - the boat will be there only for a couple of months/for the winter time, because I am planning to sell my boat this winter. Any recommendations?

Maybe I leave her in Porto/Povoa de Varzim in the dry, but Brittany would be closer for me.

I would suggest ARZAL. It's safe, not too expensive (we pay about 2500€ for our RM1200). "Offshore" berthing is cheaper and as safe.

You can try Perros Guirec on the north of brittany. This is very safe for the winter and births are available.
