RM 1060 n°6 (2011) CARAMELL (ex FROGLEXE) à vendre

UPDATE:
Possible on the market again. Can be viewed in Gothenburg, Sweden, in water. Will be lifted 2022-09-12
The boat was sold pending survey etc. of replacement boats already three times in 2021. These fell through so no sale.
Now we might consider selling it again, especially since we can expand our search now to more expensive yachts than before.
The boat has performed flawlessly during this summer. No problems. Following updates has been made:
- sails checked and serviced by North Sails loft in Gothenburg. They concluded that they are in very good condition and has plenty of usage left in them.
- A new close to 100 sgm North Sails A2 gennaker on Profurl endless furler bought. Same furler is used on the excellent Jib0 bought a year ago, Cost for gennaker and furler €6000.
- Albatross andvanced Jib0 sail for light wind beating, on Profurl Nex endless furler. Very useful for light all wind sailing (2021). Cost €5000
- New Raymarine 9" Axion MFD in cockpit.
- A remote control for the Raymarine Axiom MFD installed at the starboard helm position.
- Toilet, all piping and holding tank removed. Separating toilet (Separett Tiny) installed. So good and surely the future both for boats and mobile homes.
So we have invested more than €11000 in the boat during the last year alone.

Below you have a complete specification. In the PDF in the link here you can see all the costs for all extras and upgrades we have invested since we bought the boat in 2018. In SEK over 370000, in Euros over 36000!. And that is with ALL the labour done ourselves and all material bought with discounts. With labour cost I would estimate almost a doubled figure:
We are open to decent offers based on that this is one of only two RM1060 available with wheel steering, which I can guarantee is so much better, and that we have spent the above mentioned time and money in the boat.

We bought RM1060 no 6 in december 2018 in Portugal and sailed it to Sweden 2019, after a major refit. Work continued in Sweden and the boat is now both very well equipped and updated and well maintained. I even installed Jefa wheel stearing:

Since we are more and more living aboard, and the 1060 was a step up from our 1050 no 69, we might consider another upgrade, to a 1260 or other.
